University Marketing and Communications offers a managed placement program for departments in need of a new integrated, multi-functional device (print/copy/scan) through CougPrints Plus.

Based on our current “Peace of Mind” package, we can provide equipment to departments, along with numerous enhancements. The relationship that CougPrints Plus has established with our vendors includes comprehensive support and quick turnaround on service.

This package provides departments with benefits not generally available when leasing equipment on an individual basis. These benefits include assessing your department needs, coordinating installation, delivering 8 ½ x 11, 20# 100% recycled white paper to you, checking toner and staples weekly, managing access codes, monthly billing, placing and monitoring service calls, and training for all users with refreshers as needed.
