Program Overview
The Peace of Mind Program provides consultation and support for printers within University departments. If your department meets requirements, we provide printer placement, maintenance, and billing support. If your department does not meet the requirements, we will provide recommendations and guidance for departments to lease a printer directly with Purchasing.
Key Features:
- Program Administration: CougPrints Plus manages all delivery, service calls, and lease-end pickups as the device leaseholder.
- Printer Placement: We assess your needs and work with vendors to get the correct machine for your department.
- Maintenance & Toner Supply: Routine maintenance and toner are included. Optional paper supply is available for an additional charge.
- Billing: We handle vendor payments for the devices, and bill your department for the placement through Workday. For an additional charge, individual user codes can be assigned to the printer to bill specific users’ Workday worktags.
How It Works:
- Assessment: We determine whether the department meets requirements for printer placement and see if it’s suitable to place a machine.
- Support: We handle machine placement, placing maintenance calls, supplying toner, and optional paper.
