As outlined in the WSU University Policies and Procedures Manual (UPPM), all WSU departments are to utilize CougPrints Plus (formally called Design and Printing Services) for their printing needs.

Additional Services
As of Oct. 15, 2025, WSU made the decision to suspend its central graphic design service. Here is a link of several graphic designers that has been approved by the state of Washington for university use.
CougPrints Plus maintains its UPPM-defined role as the university’s primary print provider and retains the right of first refusal on all printing projects. If not given enough lead time, we may not be able to meet the deadlines specified by the requesting department due to staffing limitations. To support continuity of service, we have created a list of university-approved printing vendors that departments may use when project timelines cannot be met in-house.
